That Elusive Literary Motivation

I’m not sure how often I’m going to be posting on here for a few weeks- but the likely answer is ‘not often at all’. I just finished the twelfth book in the ‘Dresden Files’ series a few days ago, and I’m in a serious mood for literature. I’ll likely spend a few days getting through two or three more books, and then start once again on my own novel (which is stuck in limbo mid-way through chapter twelve at the moment). I got through twelve chapters in only a month or so the last time the urge to ‘write’ hit me, and hopefully with this most recent surge of literary-motivation I’ll be able to get through the rest (estimates are that it’ll be between 25 and 30 chapters, if you’re curious).

Tumblr isn’t designed for anything like ‘chapter posts’, nor would I want to subject my followers to something so far outside of the norm for my blog here, but anyone interested in reading what I have, offering opinions or suggestions, or just a few words of encouragement, contact me on messenger (AIM or Yahoo)- my handle is ‘AmbiguousDeity’ on both.

Once this burning desire to throw myself into literature has once again subsided, I’ll be back with my normal anime posts I’m sure- and I’ll still be re-blogging and ‘liking’ posts that I enjoy from everyone I follow in the mean-time, so no worries.
